On August 7, 2019, the first love-themed bus line, also the first "High Sweet Edition" bus line in Hangzhou - Zhongyi Bus No.1314 officially started at Wansong Academy, where Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai met.

No. 1314 Zhongyi Bus is also a bus line built by Hangzhou Public Transport Group with full efforts, which symbolizes the friendly relationship between Hangzhou and Verona, Italy. "Zhongyi" refers to the long-standing friendship between China and Italy.

This bus line connects Wansong Academy, the Broken Bridge, Su Xiaoxiao Tomb, Qiushui Mountain Villa and other places with love stories around the West Lake, with a total length of 35.7 kilometers and an average daily passenger flow of about 1,030 person times.

The bus body and interior of this line are mainly in red, white and green, decorated with love elements, and the bridge silhouette on the vehicle body connects the representative colors of China and Italy, symbolizing the continuous friendship between the two countries. The bus stop name is broadcast in Chinese, Italian and English, and the broadcast of each stop corresponds to a love story.

On March 12, 2020, Hangzhou Zhongyi Bus "1314" was transformed into a wedding vehicle, paying tribute to the angels who contained COVID-19.

This line is equipped with 10 BYD 12-meter K9 BEVs. These BEVs feature "three big", namely, large capacity, high power and large lighting, and "three low", namely, low floor, low energy consumption and low emission. According to the calculation, the power consumption of each bus on this line is about 113 KWh per 100 kilometers, and the operating cost is about 72 yuan lower than that of fuel vehicles.

The scenic spots related to love around the West Lake are connected together, giving the line beautiful meanings like love, friendship between China and Italy. While facilitating the mobility of citizens and visitors, this line also improves the attraction of public transportation. 

By designing the bus body, carriage and bus stations along the line and broadcasting in Chinese, Italian and English, the bus service content is enriched and the passenger's riding experience is effectively improved.
