Sinoiov provides an information system for a steel enterprise in Tianjin. The system is equipped with functions such as visualization outside the plant, cargo tracking, intelligent warehousing, intelligent dispatching, and plant monitoring, etc., thus realizing transparent visualization of the whole transport process, and monitoring and intervening conditions like route deviation and abnormal parking in real time, which will improve the management ability and safety prevention ability of the enterprise in the transport process.

Through digitalization of order management, intelligent scheduling, order tracking and other processes, the project has greatly improved the operational efficiency of all processes of transportation. In addition, through the functions of intelligent billing, passing and automatic deduction of fuel cost, the project realizes the integration and automation of settlement and accounting process, improves settlement efficiency and reduces costs.

The average time of waiting for goods was shortened from 2-3 days to 6-8 hours, optimized by nearly 80%;

The transaction is de-intermediated, avoiding false business and reducing the loss of participants by 10%;

The visualized logistics avoids stealing and changing goods in transit, reduces material and economic losses, and the freight cost is down by 7% averagely; the annual freight cost is 1.5 billion yuan, down about 100 million yuan.

At present, the company has completed the intelligent logistics project for a steel enterprise in Tianjin, and in the future the model will be replicated and extended to other manufacturing enterprises.
