Abstract

Artificial intelligence has gone through a process from germination to dormancy to barbaric growth. With the improvement of such technologies as neural networks, deep learning, the Internet of Things, big data, and pattern recognition, artificial intelligence has ushered in a new era of the second wave of explosion. At present, it is widely used in expressway maintenance and service hotline.

The traditional manual inspection+experience mode for discovering, detecting, repairing and monitoring problems in expressway maintenance can be replaced by the discovery and detection technology of artificial intelligence, which will greatly improve the maintenance efficiency and have a profound impact on the intelligent maintenance of expressways.

The service hotline is an important part of expressway operation. Artificial intelligence based on speech recognition technology becomes the key to building an intelligent, humanized and efficient intelligent expressway service hotline. Automatic voice interactive navigation covers such basic components as speech recognition, semantic understanding, speech synthesis, and background management. It provides non-telephone channels with multimedia interactive forms like text and voice. Through the use of technology, the labor intensity will be greatly reduced while the economic and social benefits will be improved.

However, there is still a long way for artificial intelligence to go on the expressway. It is believed that artificial intelligence integrates big data resource processing platforms and Internet of Things platforms. Although great breakthroughs have been made in the technology of artificial intelligence, platform construction and digitalization are far from enough, which requires us to think and construct together.
