Shencheng Chuxing's "One-click Ride-hailing Smart Screen" newly adds a face recognition device, and users can use the face swiping function to match the user information in Alipay database to complete the ride-hailing. If a user has no face information when he has no Alipay account, he can also directly enter his mobile phone number to make a ride-hailing.
In addition, according to different using environment, the "One-click Ride-hailing Smart Screen" initially launched two different versions of terminal equipment, namely, a 27-inch large terminal and a 21-inch mini terminal. For each terminal point, the longitude and latitude information of a fixed pick-up point is set, which can prevent the driver from picking up passenger mistakenly due to the drift of mobile App signal positioning to provide better pick-up experience. During the pilot process, through the user database and the white list information of towns participating in the pilot in the future, Shencheng Chuxing is also expected to preferentially arrange taxi for elderly users aged 60 and above, so as to ensure that their needs are given priority response. |
Since the launch of the Shencheng Chuxing platform on September 28th, 2020, more than 500,000 elderly users in Shanghai have experienced the convenience brought by one-click ride-hailing. On June 16, 2021, the first batch of 10 terminal devices, "One-click Ride-hailing Smart Screen", were officially put into operation. It is planned to complete the installation and debugging of "One-click Ride-hailing Smart Screen" at 100 locations in 10 streets (towns) before the end of June. |
In June 2021, Shanghai’s unified mobility platform "Shencheng Chuxing” officially pilot its “One-click Ride-hailing Smart Screen” in communities. The first batch of 100 "One-click Ride-hailing Smart Screen" with the function of hailing car by face swiping have all been debugged and put into use, covering 11 districts, 22 towns and units in the city. In addition to communities, "Shencheng Chuxing" has been piloted in a number of large general hospitals and commercial buildings to enrich the service scenarios. |
