In 2019, Eastern Pioneer New Energy Smart Driving Training Park was opened, which realized the intelligentization, scenariozation and standardization of the whole driving learning process. Students can train themselves independently for 24 hours. The park integrated advanced technologies such as VR, AI automatic driving training and 5G with the driving training needs and built a big data analysis platform for driving training behaviors, thus ensuing safe driving throughout the whole training process.

On April 8, 2021, after comprehensive upgrade of smart driving training, Eastern Pioneer’s Beijing Park covers an area of over 320,000m2, with a wider 24-hour opening scope. Students can independently train themselves in various subjects, which can really achieve convenient, fast, high-quality and efficient driving learning.

The park has installed nearly 1,000 VR smart driving training simulators and more than 1,000 new energy smart coach cars, making it the largest new energy smart driving training base across China. According to calculation, more than 5,800 tons of carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced every year.

Relying on the new energy smart driving and training mode, Eastern Pioneer launched an all-series new energy smart driving learning class mode for students, and awarded the students who choose this mode with "Carbon Reduction Talent" certificate. According to calculation, the students who choose the new energy smart car learning mode will at least reduce 95.66 kg of carbon dioxide emissions in their learning process.

The data shows that the overall pass rate of the students trained with smart driving training mode is increased by about 10% compared with that of traditional training mode.

The VR smart driving simulator can effectively save manpower, vehicle damage, fuel use and automobile maintenance in driving schools, and can help them reduce operating costs by 30%-40%.

1,049 charging piles were installed in Eastern Pinioor’s New Energy Smart Driving Training Park, with a capacity of 11,600 KVA. The number and capacity of charging piles are the highest among single driving schools in China.
