Since 2014, Luzhou has successively opened trans-region bus lines from Huangyi Town. The trans-region bus network in Huangyi Town, Luzhou City consists of 12 branch lines, which start from Huangyi Town, Jiangyang District and lead to the surrounding villages to provide last-kilometer transport service for the villagers. The total length of the bus line network is 110 kilometers, passing over 100 bus stations, with an average daily traffic flow of 5,000 passenger times. The opening of the trans-region bus lines changed the previous state of villagers' long-term walking or riding "motorcycle" or "illegal car".
There are 16 BEV buses arranged for the trans-region bus line of Huangyi Town, mainly including the 7-meter vehicle model. From the actual operation effect, the energy-saving and consumption-reducing effect of the new energy buses is obvious. If calculated based on 40,000 kilometers per bus per year, the annual energy consumption cost of a bus is about 6,000 yuan. Compared with traditional fuel vehicles, a 7-meter BEV saves about 36,000 yuan in energy consumption and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by about 22 tons per year. According to the feedback from the drivers, the BEVs on the line are easy to operate with low noise, smooth running and better riding experience. Up to now, Luzhou Public Transport Group has purchased 427 new energy buses and opened 33 new energy bus lines, among which, a BEV-based rural bus line opened in 2015 set a precedent for rural areas of Sichuan Province. |
The total length of the trans-region bus line is 111.7 kilometers long, with 131 bus stations in total. The line has 16 BEVs, mainly 7-meter models. According to the annual operation of 40,000 kilometers per bus, the annual energy consumption cost of BEV buses is about 6,000 yuan per bus. Compared with traditional fuel vehicles, a 7-meter BEV saves about 36,000 yuan in energy consumption and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by about 22 tons per year. |
The trans-region bus line network consists of 12 branch lines, which starts from Huangyi Town, Jiangyang District and leads to the villages around to provide last-kilometer transport service for the villagers to facilitate their daily mobility. The trans-region bus line brings BEV buses to rural areas. While saving energy and reducing emissions, it can effectively improve riding experience, strengthen attraction of public transportation, and help villagers enjoy benefits brought by the development of urban and rural public transportation. |
