| ABSTRACT |
With the aims of implementing the decision-making and deployment of digital reform in Zhejiang Province, accelerating the digital reform of housing and urban-rural construction system in Zhejiang Province, and effectively strengthening the guidance on digital urban road construction, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Zhejiang Province issued the Notice of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Zhejiang Province on Printing and Distributing the Opinions for the Implementation of Digital Reform of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction System in Zhejiang Province (ZJG [2021] No. 18), and it is proposed that digital urban road construction is an important part of digital reform of urban infrastructure. Through the construction of intelligent perception infrastructure, holographic perception of urban roads will be realized, and intelligent applications such as vehicle-road coordination, intelligent transport (ITS), health monitoring and intelligent lighting will be expanded. After investigation and research, and earnestly summarizing the needs, experiences and practices, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Zhejiang Province has formulated guidelines on the basis of extensive consultations, mainly including intelligent perception system, central platform, construction, operation management and maintenance. |
