2024.12.30 401

To promote the centralized layout of various modes of transportation at comprehensive passenger transportation hubs, achieve spatial sharing and the development of same-platform and multilevel-platform passenger transfers, create an all-weather and integrated transfer environment, and enhance the smart, safe, and green development of the hubs, the Ministry of Transport has organized the formulation of the Design Standards of Comprehensive Passenger Transportation Hubs.

The document includes basic provisions, overall design, integrated design, design for different types of hubs, service facilities, information systems, and other aspects for comprehensive passenger transportation hubs. These standards are applicable to the design of transfer areas, public spaces, and supporting service facilities for new, expanded, and renovated comprehensive passenger transportation hubs.

The release and implementation of the standards will strengthen, standardize, and guide the integrated design and construction of comprehensive passenger transportation hubs, help improve their planning, design, construction, and operation management, and promote their high-quality development.
