The Circular on Accelerating the Transformation and Development of Bus Passenger Transport Stations was officially issued

To thoroughly implement the Program of Building National Strength in Transportation and the Opinions on Promoting Urbanization with a Focus on County Seats and to accelerate the transformation and development of bus passenger stations (hereinafter referred to as bus stations), ensure the healthy and orderly development of the road passenger transport industry, and serve the safe and convenient travel of passengers, 11 departments and units including the General Office of the Ministry of Transport jointly issued the Circular on Accelerating the Transformation and Development of Bus Passenger Transport Stations (hereinafter referred to as the Circular)

Focusing on optimizing the layout, adjusting the scale, expanding services, and promoting integrated development of bus stations, the Circular systematically outlines six key tasks, including scientifically optimizing layout structure, reasonably adjusting existing scale, expanding station services, enhancing tourism and commercial services, strengthening land integration and development, and creating a favorable development environment, and provides clear directions and policy guidelines for the transformation and development of bus stations in accordance with their individual conditions.
