Improve the quality of rural road passenger transport services to assist in rural revitalization and standardize operation

Recently, the Ministry of Transport issued the Service Guidelines for Passenger Transport on Rural Roads (Trial) (hereinafter referred to as the Service Guidelines). The document provides specific requirements covering operational infrastructure, transport organization, service delivery, transport safety, and supervision and management. It plays an important role in clarifying the development direction of rural passenger transport, standardizing enterprise operations management, ensuring basic travel services in rural areas, and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the industry. Road transport operators will take the Service Guidelines as a guide to further standardize their business practices and improve service quality.
