As one of the country’s first pilot enterprises focusing on Non-Truck Operating Common Carrier (NTOCC), Fujian Haoyunll Information and Technology Co., Ltd (hereafter referred to as “Haoyunll”) carries out differentiated operation by means of sharing and collaboration, and fully exploits the Internet and IoT technologies. Haoyunll has built a non-truck operating platform with intelligent scheduling as the basis, synergistic Drop and Pull transport at the core, visualized transport process as a method. The platform performs functions including contracting, scheduling, organizing, settlement and financing.

By integrating small and disordered logistics enterprises, the platform has facilitated information sharing and resource utilization, thus elevating the organizing efficiency and reducing idle resources and idle running hours.

In addition to the platform functioning both online and offline, Haoyunll developed an intelligent terminal called "Truck Pal" for data collection and transmission, together with Fujian WIDE PLUS Precision Instrument Company and Huawei. This terminal enables visualized management of trucks and goods in logistics, including tracing the whole shipping route and monitoring the shipping status, thereby improving logistics security.

Haoyunll has co-built a platform with professional Internet insurance company to provide insurance services for NTOCC platforms, platform users, vehicles and businesses.

On its platform, the daily one-way cargo insurance has exceeded 400 deals; of all 220,000 registered vehicles, 10,000 are available, realizing a 16% increase of transport capacity and a 14% decrease of shippers’ cost.

Development began in April 2016. Three systems of vehicle operation monitoring, vehicle operation and maintenance, and charging pile management will be built, together with two platforms for public service and data exchange sharing, as well as a big data application center.
